Very few amongst us work towards living the dreams that we dream. Mr. Ratan Gadepalli, with his in satiated appetite for success continues to work towards his dreams always. No obstacle is insurmountable for him. As Director and CEO of Lead Brands India Pvt. Ltd, he leads his team from the front with vast domain expertise in Sales and Marketing. With over two decades of proven experience from selling software services to sanitary pads, his deep insights into unique product branding is a strength to reckon with. He holds a graduate degree in Business Management and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He has worked with Government agencies on various initiatives. Mr. Ratan believes in delivering success through understanding customer needs and developing products that address such needs. An eternal optimist, he has been at the fore-front leading his teams on the marketing and sales domain with confidence. With immense experience in Sales and Marketing, as Director and CEO, he along with Mr. Ashok Buddhiraju, Director and Mr. Ramakrishna Nag, Executive Director, respectively are poised to achieve the set milestones for Lead Brands India Pvt. Ltd.

With more than three decades of experience in IT Enabled Services and Business Process Transformation insights, Mr. Ashok Buddhiraju, Director of Lead Brands, is a technology warhorse and a successful entrepreneur. A Computer Engineer Graduated from University of Pune, has wide consulting experience with IT majors in Leadership roles at Wipro, Brigade Solutions and Varsun. He is currently the Chairman of ACS Group, which is a leading player in IT Support Services an ISO certified organization. He is the driving force beyond the successful delivery of six-sigma certified quality processes at ACS Group and is providing strategic guidance to the sales and marketing initiatives being pursued by Ratan Gadepalli and Ramakrishna Nag of Lead Brands. He is actively engaged in new product line launches besides Sanipro.

A Global FMCG Business Consultant with over 25+ years of experience in varied geographies spanning Middle-East, Africa, South-East Asia and the Indian sub-continent, Mr. Ramakrishna Nag is the Executive Director of Lead Brands India Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him successful product launch, marketing and sales expertise in over 52+ countries and endeavors to implement effective strategies for Sanipro and other products which are in the pipeline. He is a Mechanical Engineer Graduated from University of Pona and holds a Management Degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management. Along with Mr. Ratan Gadepalli and Mr. Ashok Buddhiraju, he will be leading the product portfolio and market expansion plans , both domestic and international for Lead Brands.

Ms. Snigdha, is a computer engineering graduate and has completed certificate course in Psychology. With around five years of experience in Core HR and Talent Transformation, she oversees, the Talent Acquisition, Skill Development and HR functions at Lead Brands. Her passion towards her work, attention to detail and positive vibes that she carries are infectious and are an asset to the organization.

Ms. Pooja is a Graduate in Fine Arts and has over a decade's experience in Fashion Retail business. She has successfully launched and operated fashion boutiques (“Suit Universals”) and Saloons in Nigeria and UAE. She oversees Product Development and Marketing strategies at Lead Brands. Her expertise and work in for various commendable social causes, are a valuable asset to the journey Lead Brands has embarked upon.

Ms. Swetha holds a Graduate Degree in Business Administration. An enthusiastic young entrepreneur, Swetha is endowed with the nuances of multi-cultural sensitivities owing to her exposure to having lived in different parts of India, thanks to her father’s Defense background. She is conversant in French and has valuable experience in event management. She is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team and Business Development team at Lead Brands.
